Bundling an engagement shoot with the wedding gallery

A lot of event photography doesn't come as a single booking. You shoot the engagement session, then the wedding a year later. Or a client books a full weekend of a festival across multiple days, each uploaded as its own event. Until now, each of those was a separate gallery with a separate price and a separate unlock — which meant a separate payment flow and a separate login for the client, even when it was obviously one relationship. Event bundles fix that.

What a bundle actually is

A bundle packages several events into a single price. Instead of a client unlocking the engagement gallery, then separately unlocking the wedding gallery months later, they pay once for the bundle and every event in it unlocks together. It's all-or-nothing by design: a bundle is one purchase, not several purchases with a shared discount.

What changes for the client

Beyond the single payment, clients who buy from you get a persistent view of everything they've purchased across every event and bundle — not just the one gallery they happen to have a link to. That means a client doesn't need to dig up an old email to find a gallery they unlocked eight months ago; it's just there, alongside anything new.

When to use it

Bundles make the most sense anywhere a client's relationship with you spans more than one shoot: engagement plus wedding, a multi-day event photographed as separate sessions, or any series you'd naturally sell as one package rather than one-off galleries. For a single, self-contained shoot, the existing single-client pricing mode is still the simpler default — bundles are for when there's genuinely more than one event to tie together.
